Inviting Team Members

How to invite team members to your Inori organization via email.

Invite colleagues to your Inori organization so they can manage projects, review records, and track compliance alongside you.

Send an Invitation

  1. Navigate to Settings > Team.
  2. Click Invite Member in the top-right corner.
  3. Enter the person's work email address.
  4. Select a role — Admin, Manager, Auditor, or Viewer. See RBAC Roles for details on what each role can do.
  5. Click Send Invite.

The invitee receives an email from ask@askinori.com with a link to accept the invitation. The link expires after 7 days.

Pending Invitations

Pending invitations appear in the Team list with a "Pending" badge. You can:

  • Resend the invitation if the original email was missed.
  • Revoke the invitation to cancel it before acceptance.

Invitation Limits

Your plan determines how many team members you can invite. Check Settings > Plan & Billing to see your current seat usage.

What Happens When They Accept

When the invitee clicks the link:

  1. If they already have an Inori account, they are added to your organization immediately.
  2. If they are new to Inori, they complete a brief signup flow and are then added.

The new member inherits the role you assigned and can begin working within the permissions of that role right away.
