Account Settings
Manage your organization name, plan details, and usage tracking.
Account settings let Admins manage the organization profile, review plan details, and monitor usage.
Organization Profile
Navigate to Settings > Organization to update:
- Organization name — Your company's legal name. This appears on compliance communications and reports.
- Certificate Holder name — The default name vendors should list on their certificates of insurance.
- Mailing address — Used for certificate holder verification during AI analysis.
Changes take effect immediately across all projects that use the organization-level certificate holder.
Plan and Billing
Navigate to Settings > Plan & Billing to view:
- Current plan — Free, Professional, or Enterprise.
- Billing cycle — Monthly or annual.
- Next invoice date and amount.
- Payment method — Update your card or switch to invoice billing (Enterprise only).
Click Change Plan to upgrade or downgrade. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Usage Tracking
The Usage section shows your current consumption against plan limits:
- Team seats — Active members vs. included seats.
- Projects — Active projects vs. plan maximum.
- AI analyses — COI analyses performed this billing period vs. monthly quota.
- Storage — Total certificate storage used.
Approaching Limits
Inori sends email alerts when you reach 80% and 100% of any usage limit. Upgrade your plan to increase limits.
Danger Zone
At the bottom of organization settings, Admins can:
- Transfer ownership — Move the organization to a different Admin.
- Delete organization — Removes your organization from the platform. Data is retained for 90 days for compliance audit purposes before permanent deletion. Contact support for immediate data export. Requires typing the organization name to confirm.
