Filtering and Searching Records

Use filters, search, and status tabs to find the records you need.

As your compliance portfolio grows, filtering and search become essential for managing records efficiently.

Status Tabs

The Records page displays status tabs across the top of the table. Click any tab to filter records by compliance state:

  • All — Every record regardless of state.
  • Compliant — Only records meeting all requirements.
  • Non-Compliant — Records with one or more failed requirements.
  • Under Review — Records awaiting manual verification.
  • Awaiting COI — Records waiting for certificate submission.
  • Expired — Records with past-due certificates.

The count next to each tab updates in real time.

Search

The search bar at the top of the Records page searches across:

  • Vendor company name
  • Project name
  • Contact name and email
  • Policy numbers

Type at least 2 characters to see results. Search is case-insensitive and supports partial matches.

Filters

Click the Filters button to open the filter panel. Available filters include:

  • Project — Select one or more projects.
  • Vendor — Select one or more vendors.
  • Assignee — Filter by the team member assigned to the record.
  • Risk Tier — Filter by vendor risk tier (Critical, High, Medium, Low).
  • Date Range — Filter by certificate expiration date or last updated date.

Combining Filters

Filters stack with each other and with the active status tab. For example, selecting the "Non-Compliant" tab and filtering by "Critical" risk tier shows only non-compliant records for critical-tier vendors.

Saving Filter Presets

If you use the same filter combination frequently:

  1. Apply your desired filters.
  2. Click Save Filter next to the filter bar.
  3. Give it a name (e.g., "Critical Non-Compliant at Downtown Tower").
  4. Access saved filters from the Saved Filters dropdown.
