Bulk Operations

Perform status changes, assignments, and exports across multiple records at once.

Bulk operations let you act on multiple compliance records simultaneously, saving time when managing large portfolios.

Selecting Records

  1. Navigate to the Records page.
  2. Use filters or status tabs to narrow down the records you want to modify.
  3. Click the checkbox in the table header to select all visible records, or click individual row checkboxes to select specific records.

A toolbar appears at the top of the table showing the number of selected records and available actions.

Bulk Status Changes

  1. Select the records you want to update.
  2. Click Change Status in the bulk action toolbar.
  3. Choose the target state from the dropdown.
  4. If the target state requires a reason (e.g., Waived), enter it in the dialog.
  5. Click Apply to [N] Records.

Transition Rules Apply

Bulk status changes follow the same transition rules as individual changes. If a transition is not allowed for a specific record, that record is skipped and you will see a summary of skipped items.

Bulk Assignment

  1. Select the records to reassign.
  2. Click Assign in the bulk action toolbar.
  3. Choose a team member from the dropdown.
  4. Click Confirm Assignment.

Bulk Export

  1. Select records or apply filters.
  2. Click Export in the toolbar.
  3. Choose CSV or PDF format.
  4. The export includes: vendor name, project, current state, last certificate date, expiration date, and assignee.

Limits

  • Maximum 200 records per bulk operation.
  • Bulk operations run in the background. You will see a progress indicator and a notification when the operation completes.
  • All bulk actions are logged in the Activity Log under Settings, with the user who performed the operation and the number of records affected.
