Project Settings

Configure onboarding phase, auto-renewal reminders, and auto-send gap notifications.

Each project has settings that control how Inori handles compliance tracking and vendor communication. Access these from the project's Settings tab.

Onboarding Phase Toggle

When a project is in Onboarding mode, non-compliant records are displayed with a softer "Under Review" status instead of "Not Compliant." This gives your team time to collect initial certificates without triggering compliance alerts.

  1. Open the project and click the Settings tab.
  2. Toggle Onboarding Phase on or off.
  3. Click Save Changes.

When to Disable

Turn off Onboarding Phase once your initial COI collection is complete. Records will then reflect their true compliance status.

Auto-Renewal Reminders

Inori can automatically notify vendors when their certificates are approaching expiration.

  • Enable/Disable — Toggle auto-renewal reminders on or off.
  • Reminder Window — Set how many days before expiration the first reminder is sent (default: 30 days).

Vendors receive email reminders at the configured interval until they upload a renewed certificate.

Auto-Send Gap Notifications

When enabled, Inori emails vendors immediately after a compliance gap is detected — for example, a missing coverage line or a limit below the required threshold.

  • Enable/Disable — Toggle auto-send gap notifications.
  • Frequency — Choose between immediate notification or a daily digest.

Disabling this setting means your team must manually notify vendors of gaps through the record's action menu.
