Setting Up Your Account

Create your Inori account, verify your email, and configure your organization.

Getting started with Inori takes less than five minutes. You will create an account, verify your email, and set up your organization profile.

Create Your Account

  1. Navigate to inori.ai/signup.
  2. Enter your full name, work email, and a password (minimum 8 characters, must include a number and uppercase letter).
  3. Click Create Account.

SSO Available

If your organization uses Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra ID, click the corresponding SSO button instead of filling in the form manually.

Verify Your Email

After registration, Inori sends a verification email to the address you provided.

  1. Open the email from ask@askinori.com (check your spam folder if needed).
  2. Click the Verify Email link. The link expires after 24 hours.
  3. You will be redirected to the onboarding wizard.

Configure Your Organization

Once verified, the onboarding wizard asks for your organization details:

  1. Organization name — The legal name of your company. This appears on all compliance communications.
  2. Industry — Select your primary industry (real estate, construction, healthcare, technology, or other).
  3. Team size — Choose your team size bracket. This helps Inori recommend the right plan.

After completing these fields, click Continue to enter the dashboard.

Set Your Certificate Holder Information

Navigate to Settings > Organization to configure:

  • Certificate Holder name — The exact name vendors should list on their certificates.
  • Mailing address — Used for certificate holder verification during AI analysis.

Tip

Setting accurate certificate holder information early prevents false compliance flags during COI analysis.
