Vendor Scorecards
View per-vendor compliance scorecards showing performance across all projects.
Vendor scorecards give you a consolidated view of a vendor's compliance performance across every project they are associated with.
Accessing a Scorecard
- Navigate to the Vendors page in the main sidebar.
- Click on a vendor's name to open their detail page.
- The Scorecard tab displays the compliance overview.
Scorecard Metrics
Each scorecard shows:
Compliance Rate
The percentage of the vendor's active records that are currently Compliant. Displayed as a large percentage with a visual indicator:
- 90-100% — Green. Vendor is in good standing.
- 70-89% — Yellow. Some records need attention.
- Below 70% — Red. Vendor requires immediate follow-up.
Records Breakdown
A summary table showing how many of the vendor's records are in each state:

Response Time
The average time between Inori sending a certificate request and the vendor uploading a COI. Faster response times indicate a vendor who is proactive about compliance.
Historical Trend
A chart showing the vendor's compliance rate over the past 12 months. This helps identify patterns -- for example, vendors who consistently lapse after annual renewals.
Scorecard in Reports
Vendor scorecards are included in the Vendor Performance Report available under Reports. You can export scorecards for all vendors as a single PDF or CSV.
Using Scorecards for Vendor Management
Scorecards help you make informed decisions about vendor relationships:
- Renewal decisions — Vendors with consistently low compliance rates may need contract review.
- Risk tier adjustments — A vendor with a declining trend may warrant a higher risk tier.
- Vendor conversations — Share the scorecard with the vendor to discuss compliance improvements.
