CSV Export
Export vendors and compliance records as CSV files for offline analysis.
Inori lets you export your compliance data as CSV files for use in spreadsheets, BI tools, or external reporting systems.
Export Vendors
- Navigate to Vendors from the main sidebar.
- Apply any filters you need (e.g., by project, status, or search term).
- Click the Export button in the toolbar.
- Select Export as CSV.
The exported file includes: vendor name, email, phone, total records, compliance rate, and creation date.
Export Records
- Navigate to a project and open the Records tab.
- Apply filters as needed.
- Click Export > Export as CSV.
The records export includes: record ID, vendor name, project name, status, coverage types, expiration dates, last updated, and assigned auditor.
Export from Reports
Both the Compliance Summary and Vendor Scorecards reports include an Export CSV button that downloads the currently displayed data.
File Format
- All exports use UTF-8 encoding with comma delimiters.
- Date fields use ISO 8601 format (YYYY-MM-DD).
- Boolean fields appear as "Yes" or "No".
Export Permissions
Only Admins and Managers can export data. Auditors and Viewers do not have access to the Export function. See the Permissions Reference for details.
Large Exports
For organizations with thousands of records, exports are processed in the background. You will receive an email with a download link when the file is ready. Links expire after 24 hours.
