Eight Spectre-aligned templates — A complete set of HTML email templates covering welcome onboarding, COI request, compliance reminder, expiration warning, non-compliance escalation, status update confirmation, account invitation, and password reset, all following the Spectre design system's dark-first palette and surgical blue accents.
Vendor outreach system — Property managers can trigger COI request emails directly from the vendor record page, pre-filling the vendor name, required coverage types, and submission deadline into the template before sending.
Abbreviation expansion — All templates expand abbreviations on first use (e.g., "Certificate of Insurance (COI)", "Additional Insured (AI)", "Workers' Compensation (WC)") to ensure recipients unfamiliar with insurance terminology can understand the message without external references.
Severity label system — Compliance notification emails display color-coded severity labels (informational in blue, warning in amber, critical in red) alongside the notification subject line so recipients can triage urgency at a glance in their inbox preview.
Branded footer — Every template includes a consistent footer with the Inori logo, a one-click unsubscribe link that respects CAN-SPAM requirements, a link to the privacy policy, and the sender's physical mailing address as required by anti-spam regulations.
Spelling and grammar review — All eight templates were reviewed for spelling accuracy, grammatical consistency, and tone alignment, correcting four instances of inconsistent capitalization and two instances of unclear phrasing in the escalation and reminder templates.
Responsive layout — Templates render correctly across Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, and Yahoo Mail using table-based layouts with inline CSS, tested at both desktop and mobile viewport widths to ensure readability on any device.
Preview and test send — A template preview panel in the dashboard settings allows administrators to view rendered templates with sample data and send test emails to any address before activating outreach workflows.
