Coverage Requirements & Compliance Engine

17 coverage requirement types and the AI-powered compliance engine.

Inori launches with a full compliance engine capable of analyzing certificates of insurance against configurable requirements.

  • 17 coverage requirement types including General Liability, Workers' Compensation, Auto Liability, Umbrella/Excess, Professional Liability, and Pollution Liability.
  • AI-powered COI analysis using our AI vision model to extract coverage details, limits, endorsements, and expiration dates from uploaded certificates.
  • Automatic compliance scoring — records move to Compliant or Non-Compliant based on whether the uploaded certificate meets all project requirements.
  • 8-state record lifecycle — Compliant, Non-Compliant, Under Review, Awaiting COI, Awaiting New COI, Waived, Expired, and Draft.
  • Certificate holder verification — AI checks that the correct entity name and address appear on the certificate.
  • Per-project requirement configuration with customizable minimum limits, Additional Insured, and Waiver of Subrogation toggles.
